Terms & Conditions Bewin — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Casino Platform

To register and use Bewin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. Bewin may request age verification at any time and reserves the right to freeze any account that cannot provide valid proof of age.
• You must be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from gambling or subject to gambling restrictions imposed by any regulatory authority.
• You may only have one active Bewin account. If you already have an existing account, you may not register a new one. Creating multiple accounts is a serious breach of our terms.
• The information you provide during registration — full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and identification card number — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Bewin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

Bewin reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Bewin's decision on matters of eligibility is final.

Your Bewin account is a personal account and may not be transferred to another person under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account.

Password security: You are responsible for keeping your Bewin account password strictly confidential. Bewin will never ask for your password through any communication channel — including live chat, WhatsApp, or email. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the Bewin support team immediately at support@bewin.run.

• You may not share, lend, or transfer your account to another individual.
• Bewin reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for identity verification, security reviews, or investigation of suspicious activity.
• Accounts inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10, or until the account balance reaches zero, whichever comes first.
• Players are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Any change to a phone number or email address must be reported to Bewin within 7 days.

Bewin maintains records of all account activity, including logins, bets, deposits, and withdrawals. These records may be submitted as evidence in the event of a dispute.

• Valid period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within this period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only use one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonus: The welcome bonus is available for first-time new registrations only and may not be claimed more than once by any means.
• Bewin reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

Bewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bewin's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and may not be contested.

• In-Play Betting: In-play betting is permitted subject to odds availability. Bewin reserves the right to suspend or close live betting markets at any time for technical or operational risk reasons.
• Match postponed or cancelled: If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If the match resumes within 24 hours, the original result stands.
• Match information error: If there is an error in match details (date, time, club) at the time a match is broadcast, Bewin reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to players.
• Maximum betting limits vary by market and VIP category. VIP players enjoy higher betting limits compared to standard members.

As a Bewin member, you fully accept the following responsibilities and obligations:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bewin platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
